Weekly Challenge #111: "More-Mooka-Madness Monotangle-Mania"
The challenge this week is to use ONLY Mooka! Mooka is a one string kind of tangle that you make pods without lifting the pen. I like it more with flux type ends, so I tried to keep mine that way. I discovered I like Mooka more than I thought and will use it more now that I am getting the hang of it.

Weekly Challenge #110: "Get rid of the box"
So the Diva's challenge this week was to go outside your comfort zone. Since I always tangle on paper, I decided to use a different medium. I chose a pretty flat stone I found while walking my sweet yorkie Corey at the park. I have always been drawn to pretty stones and smooth ones are even nicer. I also decided to only use one of my own tangles. I usually pick only tangles I have found on tanglepatterns.com or in one of the Zentangle books. I named this tangle Plop. It is made up of two teardrops drawn in a diagonally divided square.
So here is my try at get rid of the box:

Weekly Challenge #109: "Zentangle Quest"
This weeks challenge the Diva used Maria Thomas's new "string container".
From the Diva's site:
"A few weeks ago, Maria Thomas posted a really neat blog post about a new technique or method of using tangles. You can read about the technique and the photo that inspired it here. "
Here is my attempt:

Weekly Challenge #108: UMT v. XIV "Whyz"
The Diva's weekly challenge is using the new tangle Whyz.
Here are the steps for Whyz:
Whyz was a difficult tangle for me to master. Well, I wouldn't say I have mastered it yet, but I finally got the hang of it. I would mix up which way the Ys went. I had to really pay attention when I did this one. It really does make a nice pattern and it is very versatile. Thanks for the challenge!
